Hot Sorghum Topping (Fried)
1/2 cup sorghum syrup, pure
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat. Pour in sorghum syrup; sprinkle baking soda over the top. Stir together and simmer until foamy and thick.
Serve with biscuit, pancakes, waffles, etc.
