You absolutely must have an attractive, effective product for the department and for the advertiser, without forcing their dollar amount as "most all" other companies do, in order to benefit the advertiser, your department's standing and gain funding benefits without being looked upon as a "SCAM"!

If you will be using a "Calendar Company" , ask to see their rate card and method of sales, have them prove their honesty and morality, and ask for a full accounting of funding collected. Most take more than 50% just for sales! Then spot check with advertisers to make sure they've been honest, and after the fact, delivered the product.
